Non-Profit Survival Strategy: Mergers and Reorganization in Hard Times

The Collaborative Clinic for Nonprofit Viability, an initiative of the Yale Center for Environmental Justice, is hosting a webinar discussing nonprofit survival strategy, focusing on mergers and reorganization. This conversation will be moderated by YCEJ Executive Director Michel Gelobter featuring insights from Victoria Bjorklund, retired Partner and Founder of Simpson Thacher LLP Exempt Organizations Group.
Join us on Friday, April 24 from 1-2 pm ET to learn about what effective reorganization could look like for your organization in today’s turbulent political and funding landscape. Victoria will outline how nonprofit organizations can approach reorganization as a strategic decision, when structural change should be considered, and how different approaches to mergers can enhance or dilute mission impact. Register today to be a part of the center’s ongoing conversations on this important topic!
This session is designed for audiences involved in or interested in strengthening environmental nonprofits.
