Te Maia Wiki

Te Maia Wiki belongs to the Yurok of the Klamath River, the Ngāti Porou, and the Te Aupōuri people of Aotearoa (New Zealand). Wiki is currently a junior undergraduate student majoring in Environmental Studies and Political Science at Yale University, with a concentration in global health. As an Indigenous person, she understands the well-being of people is intrinsically linked to the well-being of the land and acts to maintain balance between the two through public policy research and political advocacy.
