This Week at Agrarian Studies, Patrick Barker, graduate affiliate fellow at the Program in Agrarian Studies and a PhD candidate studying Caribbean and Atlantic history in the Department of History at Yale, will be giving the talk, “Provision Grounds, Pests, and the ‘Calabash Estate’ in Trinidad”, on Friday, April 8th, from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm E.T. Kaelyn Grace Apple (History & African American Studies, Yale) will serve as the discussant. This is a hybrid event, taking place via Zoom for all and in-person in Room 101, 230 Prospect St. for Yale affiliates only. If you plan to attend in person, please RSVP to agrarian.studies@yale.edu by the Wednesday before the meeting with your lunch order (vegan or meat).
