Responsible Corporate Conduct and the Environment—The “E” of ESG

On Thursday, April 21, as part of its Earth Day festivities, Earthx2022 will be hosting a Law Symposium, entitled  “Responsible Corporate Conduct and the Environment—The “E” of ESG.” The symposium will feature a number of high profile environmental speakers–from the government, academia, NGOs, and the private sector–in conversations about the roles of enforcement and of ESG and the marketplace as well as responsible corporate conduct and communities.
