Grace Judge (she/hers) graduated from Yale Law School in 2022. As a Liman-YCEJ Fellow, she will spend the next year working in the legal department of the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes in Western Montana. Her fellowship project will focus in particular on issues of natural resource management and environmental sovereignty. While at Yale, Grace participated in the Law School’s Tribal Disenrollment Clinic, as well as the Veteran’s Legal Services Clinic, where she represented veterans seeking disability compensation from the U.S. government. Prior to law school, Grace received a Bachelor’s degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Michigan in 2016.
