Rilyn is a second-year Ph.D. student researching technologies for water quality monitoring and pollutant degradation. Beyond the laboratory, she is interested in how research impacts communities and the environment. As a fellow at CEJ, she pursues these interests by working on YCEJ’s New Haven People and the Environmental Research Library (NH PERL), an online tool which promotes the equitable distribution of academic knowledge.
