Louis has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Water Resources and Environment with more than 23 years of experience in implementing numerous development and infrastructure projects. Throughout his career path, Louis has managed multi-stakeholder, and large-scale complex water and wastewater projects in Jordan and Middle East. Louis joined the USAID in early 2015 as Senior Project Management Specialist- Engineer. He is currently the lead for the design and implementation of the USAID’s water policy, management, and governance support program in Jordan. Louis is overseeing over than $500.0 million value water projects at USAID. Louis is a certified Project Management Professional and has several publications in the fields of Water Resources Management, Non-Revenue Water (NRW), and Water Demand Management.
