Entrepreneur, Philanthropist, Visionary and Global Social Impact Leader. Nigel is well known for his record shattering performance at the Caribbean’s largest insurer. He was appointed Chairman and CEO of the global arm of the Caribbean’s largest conglomerate in 2007.

Over a five-year period, he led a marketing, sales and distribution team whose performance was unparalleled. He is the Chairman of the Global Business Leadership Forum, an International Corporation focusing on global business and philanthropic causes; connecting leaders & corporations across diverse industries in different geographic locations.

Nigel is an International Consultant with relationships at the highest levels with both Political and Business Leaders. He works closely with the Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States, the African Union, USAID, the HBCUs and other Global Organisations on a number of projects and initiatives. Nigel hosted over 100 Conferences, Seminars, Events, Initiatives and Projects on global issues in the last 8 years connecting leaders across continents.

Nigel is also involved in various philanthropic activities across the Globe. He led a Global Private Sector response after the devastating Hurricane Seasons in the Caribbean (2017, 2019). Nigel was appointed to lead a Global Coalition in support of St. Vincent and the Grenadines after the eruption of La Soufrière in 2021. Over the last 10 years he has worked tirelessly for closer collaboration between Africa and the 6th Region. He is a fierce global advocate for health equity and access to education for all with a focus on Space and STEM for girls and underserved communities.

Nigel is also the Project Leader/Director of a major Caribbean Security initiative.
